A leading international pharmaceutical company based in Puurs is looking for a Facilities Maintenance Manager to enhance the reliability and efficiency of its facilities In this strategic role, you will be at the heart of operations, ensuring technical performance, compliance, and business continuity within a highly regulated environment.
As a Facilities Maintenance Manager, some of your responsibilities will include:
- Oversee and coordinate all preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities to maintain smooth and uninterrupted operations within all assets of facilities field
- Collaborate closely with Production, Quality, and Engineering and Industrial Maintenance teams to ensure full compliance and regulatory standards.
- Making sure safety measures are well kept and making the necessary upgrades within safety point of view
- Ensure adherence to pharmaceutical standards, including hygiene, quality, traceability, and safety requirements.
- Working in the facilities of clean rooms, doors, automatized systems within infrastructure and building facilities
- Managing a team of 30 employees (white and blue collars)
About you:
- Holds a degree in a Engineering field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a facilities maintenance management role, ideally in electromechanics within the pharmaceutical or chemical sector.
- Experience in team management (technicians, supervisors) and operational oversight.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and safety standards.
